Find RSPCA Assured milk at your Marks & Spencer

Ingredients
1 pound cake (cut into cubes) or sponge fingers
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
300ml organic heavy whipped cream
300ml RSPCA Assured full-fat milk
100g granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300g organic custard or vanilla pudding
300ml organic whipped cream
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries and sugar and set aside
Mix milk, cream, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature
Layer the cake cubes or fingers on the bottom in a trifle bowl or deep glass dish
Pour the berry mixture over the cake
Pour the custard or vanilla pudding over the berry mixture
Spread the whipped cream over the custard
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used
Refrigerate the trifle for at least two hours before serving
