  • 300g plain flour 
  • 10g salt
  • Water
  • Organic yoghurt (optional)

Turn your flatbread into a pizza in a few minutes

Once your flatbread is read, pour over a little tomato sauce, add some grated organic cheese and cook in a preheated oven for five minutes. 



  • Weigh out the flour and salt and mix well together.
  • Slowly add water until you have a non-sticky dough ball you can easily roll out.
  • For softer flatbreads mix in two tablespoons of plain yoghurt and then add less water. 
  • Cut off a section of your dough and roll it out on a well-floured surface until it is about 5mm thick
  • Dry fry your flatbread in a good non-stick frying pan for a few minutes on each side.
  • Your flatbread is ready when it starts to brown or puffs up like a pillow.
  • Serve your flatbreads with delicious homemade hummus
