Traditional Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 250ml RSPCA Assured milk
  • 120g plain flour
  • 2 RSPCA Assured eggs
  • Butter
  • A pinch of salt

Cooking Method

Step 1: Place flour in a large mixing bowl and form a well

Step 2: Break in the eggs and stir into the flour

Step 3: Add the milk and mix to form a consistent batter

Step 4: Heat the frying pan and melt the butter

Step 5: Pour in two ladlefuls of batter and swirl around until flat and even

Step 6: Ensure your pancake is unstuck and give it a flamboyant flip (optional)

Step 7: Serve immediately with your favourite toppings
