Well done to Milo Larcombe who is the Judges' Winner in our Junior Compassionate Cook video competition!

We received a high standard of entries and the judges had a difficult job picking winners.

But the judging panel, made up of singer and TV presenter Liz McClarnon, TV presenter Andi Peters, and Co-op's executive chef, Ben Warran, all loved Milo's recipe video for chilli chocolate muffins!

“Wow - what an energetic performance and lovely that Milo talked about using eggs from hens that have been really well looked after.

“I think he is a great winner of this year’s RSPCA Assured Junior Compassionate Cook.”

Andi Peters

Last but not least, well done to the People's Choice runners-up.

Finlay Lanaway's recipe video for yummy chocolate cupcakes received 27,352 votes.

And second runner-up Daniel Williams' amazing pancakes recipe video received 12,584 votes.

The Junior Compassionate Cook competition asked young cooks who care about good food and where it comes from to make a short recipe video.

They could choose any recipe, but it must include RSPCA Assured labelled ingredients and if possible, Fairtrade labelled ingredients.

A big thank you goes to everyone who entered the competition and voted!
