The plan includes 14 simple recipes and suggestions for higher welfare options and alternatives. 

Whatever your reason for eating less meat, 

fish, eggs or dairy, look for the RSPCA Assured logo when you do.

Either choose higher welfare ingredients, such as those labelled RSPCA Assured, or swap meat, fish or dairy ingredients for vegetarian alternatives.

The recipes are quick and easy to make and have been put together with children in mind so the whole family can eat the same meal - and they’re nutritionally balanced!
